做法:
燒熱鍋,放一湯匙油
料頭有一片拍鬆的薑,一粒紅蔥頭,切碎
幾片蒜片,炒香後放入冬菇
半茶匙胡椒粉
一茶匙糖
一湯匙蠔油
兩茶匙老抽
一茶匙鹽
兩碗水(包括浸冬菇的水)
半茶匙雞粉
大火滾起先轉中小火,搇蓋
炆了二十五分鐘
如用高速煲,炆八分鐘
再開大火埋獻,一茶匙生粉加一湯匙水
食起來會好味些, 炆冬菇便完成了。

Summary:
Heat up wok and place 1 tbsp oil. Stir fry 1 slice of ginger,1 finely chopped shallot and few slices of garlic. Then add in 20 small shiitake mushrooms. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp ground pepper and 1 tsp sugar, and add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 tsp dark soy sauce and 1 tsp salt. Then add 2 bowls of water, 1/2 tsp chicken powder. Thicken the sauce with 1 tsp corn starch in 1 tbsp water. Braised shiitake mushrooms is then ready to serve.
